My Work

My work spans across sports, media, and community engagement, with a focus on driving inclusion and challenging inequality in meaningful, practical ways.

Football & EDI

Through my role as Chief Operating Officer at Her Game Too, I’ve worked closely with clubs, organisations, and governing bodies to improve the experience of women and marginalised communities in sport.

This has included collaborating with clubs including Liverpool FC on partnership activity focused on visibility, fan engagement, and matchday experiences. From stadium presence to fan zone activations, the work has centred on making inclusion visible and actionable.

I’ve also worked with the Football Association of Wales, hosting panels and leading conversations around equality in football. These spaces have brought together players, stakeholders, and fans to have honest discussions about the realities of the game and what needs to change.

Alongside this, I’ve contributed to wider strategic conversations within football, advocating for stronger approaches to inclusion, representation, and accountability across the sport.

Media & Broadcasting

I’ve built experience across radio and television, contributing to discussions around football, culture, and equality.

This includes appearances on platforms such as BBC Sport and other broadcast and digital channels, where I’ve spoken on issues ranging from sexism in football to broader conversations around sport news and representation.

Whether it’s live panels, interviews, or feature segments, my approach is always the same. Honest, informed, and grounded in real experiences.

I also provided a voiceover for the Support the Supporters campaign with Alzheimer’s Society during FA Cup weekend in January 2025, which focused more on storytelling and connecting with audiences in a different way.

Campaigns, Modelling & Creative Work

Alongside my work in sport and media, I’ve been involved in creative campaigns that centre identity, culture, and representation.

I’ve worked on a campaign with Converse and Liverpool FC, bringing together storytelling, style, and identity in a way that reflects the communities often overlooked in mainstream campaigns.

This includes modelling and collaborating with Azeema Magazine, contributing to work that celebrates South Asian women and challenges traditional narratives.

For me, these projects aren’t separate from my EDI work. They’re an extension of it. Different platforms, same purpose.

Community & Advocacy

A big part of what I do sits beyond formal roles and campaigns.

I regularly engage with communities, support networks, and individuals navigating football spaces, whether that’s through mentoring, speaking engagements, or creating platforms for others to share their experiences.

I’ve also led conversations focused on the lack of participation among South Asian women and girls in football, aiming to better understand barriers and drive long-term change.

I have developed and delivered bespoke training on in-stadia sexism and misogyny at Liverpool FC through my role at Her Game Too.
